Guillermo is the new Special Services Manager for the Facility & Special Services division of Cavalier. Guillermo held the position of Operations Manager with Kevco Building Services, where he managed large government contracts such as Dulles & National Airports, The World Bank and Fannie Mae. He trained and developed new hires, managed the Quality Control Department and was involved closely with IREM Group, AOBA and CABSC. Prior to working with the Kevco Building Services team, Guillermo managed a 2 million square foot "Class A" portfolio for over seven years with UNICCO Service company. We are extemely proud to now have Guillermo as part of our team, here at Cavalier.

Stephen is the new Operations Manager for the NOVA Region. Stephen recently was the Operations Manager at Aramark Corporation for over 16 years, where his management and leadership skills provided him a great opportunity for career development. Stephen's areas of expertise focus on functional team building, multicultural communication, management organization and quality performance improvement. Stephen currently carries an active security clearance and is constantly delivering safety training education to his teammates. We are delighted that Stephen has become part of our Cavalier family.
