William T. Warnecki, CBSE
Bill Warnecki joined Cavalier Services as Vice President of Operations in 1995. Prior to becoming a Cavalier Teammate, Bill spent nearly 10 years learning the industry by working with both large international and well respected regional contractors. His additional industry experience includes board positions with the Capital Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC) and an active position in the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). Bill received his Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation in 2004. Today as President, Bill leads the team and Cavalier’s direction.
Performance Management Specialist
Pearl joined Cavalier Services in March 2015. Prior to joining Cavalier, Pearl worked at a private financial firm. She has also worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst and Auditor for a high-tech telecommunications company. Pearl earned an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design at Corcoran School of Art, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Mount Vernon College in Washington, D.C and holds a Life, Health and Annuities License in the state of Virginia. Pearl facilitates Cavalier’s Performance Management process to deliver the best quality service to Cavalier’s clients.
Washington, DC/Maryland Team
Dorel Watley, RBSM
Dorel joined the Cavalier team in 2007. Formally, a Director of Operations in the transportation industry, Dorel brings a strong managerial background with an emphasis on personnel management and customer relations. In 2008, he earned his Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification through the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Capital Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC).
Rod Ruiz, RBSM
Operations Manager – Washington, DC
Rod joined Cavalier as an Area Manager for Northern Virginia in 2011 and has a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Maryland. His background in team management and customer service helped his promotion to Operations Manager for DC in 2012. Rod has continued his education in our industry and in 2014 obtained his Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification through the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
Area Manager – Washington, DC
Rosa Duarte joined Cavalier Services in 2005 bringing with her years of industry experience. She served as an Area Manager for a local commercial cleaner for over 14 years where she acquired a great knowledge of all industry aspects and techniques. Rosa is in the process of pursuing her RBSM certification with the Building Service Contractors Association International.
Area Manager – Washington, DC
In 2007 Yanci Umanzor joined Cavalier Services at a lead building supervisor. With her strengths in customer service and great industry knowledge, Yancy was promoted to Area Manager for Washington, DC. Prior to joining Cavalier, she served as a multi-site building supervisor for 6 years with a local cleaning service provider. Yancy is currently pursuing her RBSM certification.
Marouan Nassif, RBSM
Area Manager – Maryland
Marouan joined Cavalier in 2008. A graduate of Canisus College in Buffalo, NY, he holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business. Marouan brings with him extensive customer service, management experience, sales administration and excellent analytical skills. His values and goals are set to deliver commitment to the industry, professional development and a strong initiative to contribute to the overall success of the business. Marouan achieved his Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) designation in 2009.
John Dublin, RBSM
John joined Cavalier Services in 2006 as the Maryland Operations Manager, and in 2008 was promoted to the Northern Virginia Regional Director. John has over 35 years experience in the industry. His hands on management approach increases employee loyalty and motivation resulting in enhanced customer service. In 2008 John achieved his Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification through the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). This designation is a symbol of excellence in our industry.
Olga Rivera joined Cavalier Services as a part-time cleaner in 1993. Since then she was promoted to Building Supervisor and then Project Manager for the
Northern Virginia Region. Her commitment to provide exceptional quality to our customers and TeamMates have placed Olga with valuable standards within our industry. Prior to becoming part of the Cavalier Team, Olga served as Assistant Supervisor with a local janitorial services company. She is currently pursuing her RBSM certification with BSCAI.
Roxana Rivera began her career with Cavalier Services in 2012 as an Area Manager in the Northern Virginia Region. Roxana has more than 15 years experience and knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry and market standards. She is a professional with a diverse skill set including employee engagement and leadership that enables her to provide high levels of customer satisfaction. She holds certifications in Green Cleaning National Laboratories and Cleaning Industry Management Standards (CIMS).
Geovanny Munoz joined Cavalier Services in December 2014. With more than sixteen years of experience, she brings extensive industry knowledge and experience including supervision, management of multi-site portfolios, and specialty cleaning. As a Manager with Cavalier her core responsibilities are to provide technical information, train and manage employees, as well as to operate the equipment in each building and maintain quality customer service. Geovanny hold certifications in Green Cleaning in compliance with GS-42. In addition, she is currently pursuing her RBSM certification with BSCAI.
Southern Virginia Team
Max Gomez, RBSM
Max joined Cavalier Services in 2007 with more than 20 years of industry experience. His areas of expertise include janitorial service operations and management, business development, profit and loss statement improvement and personnel administration. Max acquired leadership and management skills as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Max is an active member of his community. In 2008, Max earned the prestigious Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification. RBSM is a symbol of excellence for building service contracting personnel.
Michael White, RBSM
Michael White joined Cavalier in 1995. He attended Daniel Hale University and then began his career in the building services industry. Bringing over twenty-five years of industry experience, Michael started his career at Cavalier as a Supervisor and then was promoted to Area Manager. Michael has earned his Registered Building Service Manager certification from the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). This designation represents a seasoned building services manager who has demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the most effective methods of managing people, equipment and supplies. In his spare time, Michael enjoys working on computers.
Ken Neugebauer joined Cavalier Services in 2014. He brings with him over 21 years of experience in the janitorial and landscaping industries, including previous ownership of a janitorial company. Ken started his career in 1986 in Delaware managing DuPont facilities. After moving to San Diego CA, he continued his janitorial career, servicing the San Diego International Airport, a nuclear plant, medical facilities, hi-tech manufacturing facilities, shopping malls and a major university along with commercial office buildings. Ken is known for his ability to save and repair distressed accounts, and ensure that the company and customers get the best possible outcomes.
Charley Burton, a life long resident of the Charlottesville area, has been in the janitorial business for over 15 years. Prior to joining Cavalier Services in 2015, Charley has owned his own cleaning service for over 8 years prior to joining Cavalier. Charley brings a large range of management expertise from various sectors of the cleaning industry. During his spare time Charley loves giving back service to his local community as a board member of several non profit organizations.
North Carolina Team
Jeffrey Ritz, RBSM
In 2008, Jeff started at Cavalier Services, bringing with him over 25 years of management experience in facilities & contract maintenance. A graduate of Penn State University, he received a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Administration. At Grande Royale Hotels (now known as Embassy Suites) his responsibilities included hotel operations & construction/start-up for 30 new hotels. He has experience in the healthcare industry focused on Environmental Services where he managed multiple cleaning contracts. Jeff achieved his Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification through the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and is certified in Johnson Diversey Healthy High Performance Day Cleaning.
Mark F. Munchel
Mark joined Cavalier Services in 2016. Mark possesses a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Shippenburg University. Mark brings with him 30 years of business management and ownership experience. His specific fields of expertise includes, but it not limited to, all areas of business development, especially customer relations and employee interaction. Prior to joining Cavalier Services, Mark owned and operated a successful commercial cleaning operation with a primary focus on healthcare related facilities. Throughout his career, Mark has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to foster outstanding client care relations to cultivate team oriented employee engagement with his strong interpersonal skills.
Susan Bailey, RBSM
Susan joined Cavalier Services in 2008. Prior to joining Cavalier, she was an Industrial Engineer in the manufacturing sector , then moved into an Environmental Services management position in clinical & surgical facilities for a major hospital. She was an active member of the Infection Control and Joint Commission team. She managed large commercial facilities and start-ups of environmental friendly Day and Green Cleaning Programs. Susan brings extensive management, fiscal, and customer focused experience in both healthcare and commercial facilities management. In 2009 Susan achieved her Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification through the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
Robin Jackson joined Cavalier Services in 2015 to support the company’s expansion into California. She brings with her nearly ten years of janitorial operations and sales experience. She has a proven track record for managing janitorial programs at multiple fortune 500 accounts. She possesses extensive knowledge in critical environments, green cleaning, day cleaning programs, as well as LEED certified janitorial program management. Additionally, Robin is certified by Spartan Chemicals as a chemical expert.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Chris began her career with Cavalier Services in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University. Chris joined Cavalier after an expansive career with Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions in management, sales, operations and training. At Cavalier, Chris helps to initiate new opportunities for Cavalier Services, builds and fosters relationships, helps with creation and dissemination of marketing materials and manages the company’s database. She is a mother of two, a volunteer fire fighter with the Lesslie Fire Department and is an active member of BOMA and IFMA.
Sales Executive – DC Metro Area
In the Spring of 2012, Julie Greaf joined Cavalier Services team as the Sales Executive for the DC Metro Area, which includes Maryland and Northern Virginia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the Cavalier team, Julie worked for another building service provider. In 2014, Julie earned her LEED Green Associate credential through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Regional Sales Executive – Virginia & the Carolinas
Gary joined Cavalier Services January 2015 as the new Regional Sales Executive for Virginia & North Carolina. Gary has twenty five years of sales experience with ten years in the janitorial contract services industry. He brings with him experience within the manufacturing, distribution centers and commercial cleaning markets. He is a graduate of Roanoke College where he studied Business Administration and resides in Blacksburg, Virginia.
