Dorel Watley, RBSM -
Regional Director

Dorel joined the Cavalier team in 2007. Formally a Director
of Operations in the transportation industry, Dorel brings
a strong managerial background with an emphasis on
personnel management and customer relations.
In 2008, he earned his Registered Building Services
Manager certification, a symbol of excellence for
building service contracting personnel. He has also served
on the Board of Directors for the Capital Association of
Building Service Contractors (CABSC). He has proven
himself as a Cavalier Teammate committed to providing
Quality Service to all of our Customers and Teammates
every day.

Rod Ruiz
Operations Manager

Rod joined Cavalier as an Area Manager for
Northern Virginia in 2011. Rod previously lead
Market Hardware’s Account Management team responsible
for providing service and support for more than 5,000 clients.
Prior to joining Market Hardware, Rod assisted in the
development of several customer service and technical
support organizations. His efforts include building a
service response center for one of the major hardware box
stores in the Western US,leading an international
customer service team that supported Broadsoft’s suite
of desktop product applications, and creating and managing
a customer service organization for national VoIP
residential telephone service provider. Prior to that he was a
Marketing Manager for MCI Residential Markets for over
7 years. Rod has a B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Rosa Duarte-
Area Manager

Rosa has brought many years of industry experience to
Cavalier Services. She served as an Area Manager for a
local commercial cleaner for over 14 years where she acquired
a great knowledge of all industry aspects and techniques.
She currently holds the title of Area Manager for our DC portfolio.
Rosa is in the process of pursuing her RBSM certification with the
Building Service Contractor Association Industry.

Yancy Umanzor -
Area Manager

Yanci Umanzor served as a multi-site building
supervisor from April 2001 until July 2007 with a local
cleaning service provider before joining Cavalier Services
as a Lead supervisor in August of 2007.
Her strengths in customer service and great industry
knowledge committed her to excellence, which result
in a productive positive work environment.
Recently, she has been promoted to Area Manager
within our DC portfolio, overseeing all daily operations
while delivering uncompromised work quality.

James Young -
Project Manager

Project Manager for International Square effective
April 11, 2011. James is a motivated, personable
business professional with a successful 8-year track
record of running a commercial and residential cleaning
company including completing and wining major bids,
managing a labor force and finishing project on schedule
and on budget. As an Operations Manager for
Fabulous Finishes, LLC he ran day to day operations,
providing excellent management skills, training employees
and implementing the Green Cleaning program setting up
high company standard and expectations. James is Team
Cleaning certified, fully bilingual (Spanish) and has
attended Brigham Young University, Provo , UT.
