John Dublin, RBSM -
Regional Director

John Dublin joined Cavalier in 2006. He is an experienced
Operations Manager with over 20 years in the industry.
He has developed and grown businesses of over 150 franchise
owners in Columbia, MD. John’s hands on management
style increases employee loyalty and motivation resulting in
enhanced customer service.  He is certified in Blood Borne
Pathogens, Proctor & Gamble Hospitality training and multiple
technical skills such as Minuteman Hospital / JACHO
regulations office cleaning, Hard Floor Care and Carpet Care,
among others.  In 2008, John earned his Registered Building
services Manager certification, a symbol of excellence for building service contracting personnel.

Federico "Freddy" Urbina-
Operations Manager

Prior to becoming part of the Cavalier Team, Freddy managed
the entire portfolio of commercial sites as a Vice President of
Operation with a local janitorial services company. He provided
consistent and professional delivery of property management/
maintenance services, trained employees, motivated site and
regional supervisors in professional performance, maintained
prompt and high quality of customer service. Freddy holds an
Associate in Business Administration from Montgomery
College and a certification in Computer Operation from
Yorktown Institute.

Ciro Amaya-
Area Manager

Over the last five years Ciro has managed all the daily
housekeeping operations at George Mason University,
as a Facility Manager for this institution, he was responsible
for multiple special projects, developing specific schedules,
training of all staff members, maintaining and exceeding
budget parameters. The 1.3 million square feet that he was
overseeing involved multiple shifts including weekends and
holidays. Ciro is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration at George Mason University.

Erasmo Barrera-
Area Manager

Over the last 11 years, Erasmo has been running
multiple portfolios and overseeing the daily operations
for Nile Inc. as their Operations Manager. He has a strong
commitment to the industry and an extensive experience
on directing, budgeting, staffing and evaluating major account
projects. Erasmo holds a BS on Engineering Management
from Praire View A&M University and a Master on
Business Administration from Duke University.

Olga Rivera
Project Manager

Olga Rivera joined Cavalier Services as a part-time
office cleaner on May 31, 1993. Since then she was promoted
to Building Supervisor and then Project Manager for the
Northern Virginia Region. The commitment and discipline to
provide high standards of quality to our customers and
TeamMates have placed Olga with valuable standards within
our industry. Prior to becoming part of the Cavalier Team,
Olga served as Assistant Supervisor with a local janitorial
services company. In addition, she is currently pursuing
her RBSM certification with BSCAI.

Julie Greaf
Regional Sales Executive

Julie Greaf joined the Cavalier Services team on
January 2012 as the new Regional Sales Executive
for the DC Metro Area. Julie is originally from Knoxville,
Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee
where she studied Business Administration.
After graduating in 2010, she moved to Northern Virginia
and has been working in Janitorial Sales.
Julie’s experience and industry knowledge will be a
great asset to Cavalier in developing new business
opportunities with existing and potential customers.
