Operations Manager
Max Gomez joined Cavalier in 2007 and earned his
Registered Building Service Manager certification in 2008.
He has more
than 14 years of experience in janitorial
service operations
and management. His areas of expertise
include business
development, profit and loss statement
improvement and
personnel administration. Through his
career, Max has served in the United States Army as a Military
Police Officer, a District Manager for Automatic Data Processing
and a General Manager for a janitorial services firm.
Max has built a reputation for
himself with his ability to increase
profits and develop new
business while maintaining the
highest level of customer
satisfaction with his existing clientele.

Michael White, RBSM -
Area Manager
Michael White joined Cavalier in 1995. He attended Daniel
Hale University and then began his career in the building
services industry. Bringing over twenty-five years of industry
experience, Michael started his career at Cavalier as a
Supervisor and then was promoted to Area Manager.
Michael has earned his
Registered Building Service Manager
certification from the Building Service Contractors Association
International (BSCAI). This designation represents a seasoned
building services manager who has demonstrated a thorough
knowledge of the most
effective methods of managing people,
equipment and supplies. In his spare time, Michael enjoys working on computers. Email:

Ralph Smith, RBSM -
Area Manager
Ralph Smith joined Cavalier in 2009 and earned his
Registered Building Service Manager certification in 2010.
He is an
experienced and committed professional in the
commercial cleaning industry, with a primary focus on daily
operations, quality assurance and services delivery.
Ralph’s extensive
experience in the industry, as an
Account Manager and a Specialist Environmental Manager,
reflect general management expertise with special attention
on account start -ups, organizational turnaround and corporate
expansion projects. In his
spare time, Ralph is a specialized
dog trainer and owns Atlantic Coast K-9 Training Service.
He is also a former member and volunteer with Dogs East Search and Rescue Teams.

Rodney Muire-
Area Manager
Rodney is part of our SVA - Hampton Roads portfolio.
He served as a District Manager for Management

Larry Cox-
Project Manager
Larry is the project manager at the World Trade Center
and is supporting the Hampton Roads operations as needed.
Larry raised his way up within the industry from building
Supervisor, Assistant Project Manager to his current role.
He has worked very close with the Hampton Roads Team
to deliver uncompromised quality service to all our clients
and teammates.
