Jeffrey Ritz, RBSM -
Regional Director

Jeffery L. Ritz joined Cavalier in 2007. He brings with him
over 25 years of management and leadership experience
in facilities and contract maintenance, as well as a vast
understanding of owner and facility contractor perspective.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University. With a Bachelor of
Science degree in Food Service and Housing Administration,
Jeff joined the industries first Suite Hotel Company based in
Orange County, California. His responsibilities included hotel
property management and performing as the owner’s
representative for 30 new hotel construction projects across
the country. Jeff’s experience with a large management
services firm in the healthcare industry focused on Environmental
Services where he was responsible for managing multiple
cleaning contracts and maintaining communications with contract
liaisons and clients. In 2008, Jeff earned his Registered Building
Service Manager certification, a symbol of excellence for building
service contracting personnel.

Jared Washington-
Operations Manager

Jared comes to Cavalier from American Signature Inc.,
the parent company of Value City Furniture
and American Signature Furniture where he was a Store
Operations Manager. Jared brings with him an extensive
management background, with experience in providing
world class customer service, team building, sales management,
profit/loss management, multi-unit management,
inventorymanagement, developing and writing standard
operating procedures, and opening new units.

Tina Spencer-
Area Manager

Tina Spencer - Tina joined Cavalier Services on January
2010 as a Building Supervisor at the Charlotte Catholic
School, base on her prior industry experience and quick
learning of Cavalier high quality standards, Tina was
promoted to Area Manager last December. Prior to integrating
to our North Carolina Operations team, she managed the daily
operations of her family owned janitorial industry in up state
New York for several years.

Sibrina Barnett-
Project Manager

Sibrina oversees all the housekeeping operations of
our Citigroup account as the Facility Project Manager.
Prior she worked with Professional and Touch Services
in the capacity of Facility Supervisor at the Citigroup portfolio
for over 8 years, and then she transitioned to serve as the
Project Manager for the facility with Cavalier Services.
Sibrina has great customer service skills and a long tenure
within the commercial industry.

Johny Adkins-
Regional Sales Executive

John has been in the janitorial industry for over 23 years,
on the vendor side with Southern Hospitality Supplies.
On December 1, 2010, John became our new
Regional Sales Executive for the NC division.
His strengths are business development, BIB sales,
customer relations, broad industry knowledge,
strong competitive spirit, entrepreneurship and many others.
John holds a Bachelor on Physical Education from
Covenant College.
