Hong Sam You, RBSM -
Regional Director

Sam You joined Cavalier in 2005. Sam attended the University
of Maryland, graduating with a degree in Economics
and Finance. He carries with him an extensive leadership
background, earning eight leadership awards from the
Department of Defense through his career as a
Commissioned Aviation Officer in the U.S. Army.
Sam brings over ten years of facility management
experience with him to Cavalier. His varied background
includes significant experience in the cleaning industry,
as well as management roles throughout the industrial
cleaning sector.

John Schadt, RBSM-
Operations Manager

John Schadt joined Cavalier in 2005. With a background
in management and sales, John oversees projects
throughout Maryland, as well as the entire D.C.-Metro area.
He is actively pursuing his RBSM certification.
He is a customer favorite and has always received
the highest compliments throughout his history
with Cavalier from both his clients and his Cavalier
Teammates. John is a teammate that truly brings an
exceptional level of Quality to his role on the Maryland Team.

Robert L. Harrington, RBSM -
Area Manager

Robert L. Harrington joined Cavalier in 2003.
After attending Howard University, Robert started
his career in the building services industry.
Before joining Cavalier, Robert gained more than 10 years
of building service experience by serving in positions including:
Floor Tech, Crew Leader, and Director of Housekeeping.
He is committed to providing for each of his buildings
and every member of his crew. A true Cavalier professional,
Robert earned his RBSM certification in 2007.

Jorge L. Lopez-
Area Manager

Jorge Luis Lopez joined Cavalier’s Maryland Team
in March of 2007. He has made a tremendous impact
in his area. Prior to joining Cavalier, Jorge had been
an area manager for a building contractor and building
service provider. He was responsible for the on-site
project supervision, hiring, billing and invoicing,
quality assurance and developing new
business opportunities and customer relationships.
He is a true asset to the Cavalier Team.

Marouan Nassif, RBSM -
Area Manager

Marouan Nassif joined Cavalier in November 2008.
He brings extensive customer service, management experience,
sales administration and excellent analytical skills.
His values and goals are set to deliver commitment
to the industry, professional development and a strong
initiative to contribute to the overall success of the business.
Marouan holds an MBA in Business Administration from
Canisius College, Buffalo NY with concentration in
International Business.
